How can I contact someone on a Celebrity Cruise when I only know his name and departure city?

A chairman from Scotland was upon a same London to LAX moody as me as well as someway we got his luggage as well as I’m perplexing to find him to let him know which a airline is starting to try to send it to him. The phone numbers for luminary cruises do not work as well as we am perplexing to figure out how to hit him.

I really don’t know how to contact him if the numbers don’t work. I think that the best thing is to let the airline contact him, they should have all the info to get ahold of him. Celebrity and the airline probably will not give you any contact info, they aren’t supposed to anyway
